- Following a merger process between two major economic groups, we supported the organization of the new shared services area, integrating resources and functional areas from the original groups into a final structure:
- with more than 400 employees;
- encompassing financial and accounting areas, procurement, legal, human resources, among others.
- The project included the definition and implementation of a Commercial and Operational Model, the definition and implementation of Service Level and Operational Agreements, the Service Pricing Model, the Client Monitoring and Service Tracking Model, as well as the respective contractualization with the various companies within the Group.
- In the end, significant synergies were achieved within the Group, along with an increase in the level of organization and efficiency of operations.
