The C4B methodology was developed by our team, based on several years of multidisciplinary field experience. More than just a formula, it is a process that leads to a clear, ambitious and feasible Action Plan, with a relevant impact, specific for each customer and project.
C4B is a unique service and it is our most distinctive proposition:
A robust diagnosis is the cornerstone for a distinctive action plan. In the Internal Diagnostics stage, we gather factual elements and visions, identifying resources and management capacities, by interacting directly with our customers and using appropriate tools and complementary forms. For the framing of the External Context, we also seek the contribution and analysis of our universe of Consultants and Partners.
In this stage we identify the changes to be implemented and the actions to be carried out throughout the project. It is truly about Strategic Planning and igniting Change in the Organization, with the main objective of creating “sustainable” value. We draw on the diagnosis and insights from the first stage, and articulate exercises and tools that lead, in a coherent and decisive way, to the design of the Plan.
Having completed the previous stages, we come to the concrete initiatives and action plans. In this stage, we will select and configure the management tools to steer and drive the Strategic Plan for Change. Alternatives and options are discussed, taking into account the specific situation of each company, its culture and the main challenges to be faced.
Strategy is essentially about execution, driving efforts and making adjustments where necessary. Together with the customer, we will quantify the effort involved in monitoring the global project, and in leading or participating in specific initiatives.
